Alcohol
Beer is sold in the Florida Citrus Bowl through the end of the third quarter. Proper age identification may be requested of any patron. Possession and consumption of alcohol in public parking areas is prohibited by the laws of the City of Orlando.
Automatic Teller Machine
An Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) will be available inside the Florida Citrus Bowl in the south end zone concourse.
Bus - Charters
Charter bus parking is free of charge in Lot C and on Colyer Street. Approach Lot C on Church Street (westbound). Approach Colyer Street from Rio Grande Avenue (northbound) or South Street (westbound).
Disabled and Mobility Impaired Seating
(Entrance-Gate C or D, examine ticket)
Platforms and stadium rows are reserved for both wheelchair-bound and mobility-impaired spectators. Space and quantities are limited thus a special reserved ticket is required for these areas. Contact the Florida Citrus Sports ticket office in advance (800.297.2695) for details. Only one attendant companion may sit with a disabled or mobility-impaired person in the designated areas. Adjacent rows are also available for extra members in the party.
Disabled Patron Parking
Parking is provided in Lot H next to Gate C for persons with disabled parking permits. Fraudulent use of a disabled parking permit will result in loss of parking privileges for the pass holder.
First Aid
Emergency Medical Services are available at the First Aid Room located in Citrus Bowl Centre next to Service Gate D. (closest seat section is 223). Roving emergency medical personnel will assist in the stands, if needed. Contact an usher or police officer immediately.
Gate Information
For direct and efficient access to your seat(s) please enter the stadium through the gate indicated on your ticket. All gates open 2 hours prior to kickoff.
Lost and Found
Lost and Found items are collected at the Stadium Manager's Office on the West side ground level concourse. Found articles should be turned over to an usher or brought to the Stadium Manager's Office. After the game you can call the Stadium Office for lost items at 407.849.2560.
Parking Lots
City controlled parking lots open at 9:00 a.m. The fee is $5 per car, truck or van. Limousines should call 407.849.2000 for parking instructions.
Pass-Out Gates
Once admitted, patrons may not leave and re-enter the Florida Citrus Bowl.
Program Sales
Programs ($5) are available from Boy Scouts outside and inside the stadium.
Prohibited Items
The following are not allowed through the gates at the Florida Citrus Bowl: alcoholic beverages, food, water, drinks, bottles, cans or coolers, thermos type containers, video cameras, umbrellas and noisemakers (bells, whistles, sirens, etc.). There are a limited number of stow lockers for prohibited items next to Citrus Bowl Centre between gates C and D.
Recreational Vehicles
Recreational Vehicle parking is in Lot U on a first come, first served basis. The fee is $15 per vehicle. Overnight parking at the Florida Citrus Bowl is prohibited by city ordinance.
Smoking
Smoking is prohibited in the seating areas of the Florida Citrus Bowl.
Tailgating
Tailgating is permitted in City of Orlando lots. Care should be taken to avoid traffic arriving to park in adjacent spaces. Due to capacity limitations all spaces are reserved for vehicles.
Tickets
All persons, including children of any age, must have a ticket for admission to the Florida Citrus Bowl. Lost, stolen or destroyed tickets will not be replaced.
Umbrellas
As a courtesy to the vast majority of spectators, umbrellas are not permitted in the Florida Citrus Bowl.
Ushers
Stadium ushers serve the needs of our spectators. Contact the nearest usher to request medical assistance or to register complaints about objectionable behavior by other spectators.
Will Call - Public
"Will Call" windows for Ticketmaster are located at Gate D at the Florida Citrus Bowl. Will Call ticket windows open two hours prior to kickoff. Picture identification is required before tickets will be released.
Will Call - Player/Team Guests
Player/Team guest tickets are issued by competing institutions in the breezeways on either side of Citrus Bowl Centre, located between Gates C & D. Player/Team guest Will Call opens two hours prior to the game. These gates are not manned throughout the game.
WILL CALL
Will Call may vary on some events. Normally, tickets held for Will Call may be picked on the day of the show at Gate D, as early as 90 minutes prior to the event (for some events Will Call will be located at Tinker Field).
Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo I.D., and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.
PARKING
Parking is located on site. Parking charges vary.
GENERAL RULES
ITEMS NOT ALLOWED:
video cameras, recording devices, alcohol, cans, bottles, umbrellas, pets, coolers, bottled water, food, drinks, noise makers (bells, whistles, sirens, etc), thermo type containers, NO RE-ENTRY!

There are no age restrictions.
