*At 11-0, Pitt completes only its second undefeated non-conference slate in school history. Pitt also finished 14-0 in 2003-04. Pitt has now won 10-plus non-conference games in each of the last five seasons Pitt is now 56-3 against non-conference opponents during that span.
*Pitt won its 10th straight contest against a Big Ten opponent. The last loss to a Big Ten team was against

*Pitt's 11 consecutive wins rank tied for seventh among the school's all-time win streaks. The school record is 22 wins from Dec. 4, 1973-Feb. 20, 1974.
*Pitt wins its third straight contest against
*Pitt won its ninth straight home game. The nine-game home win streak ranks tied for eighth among the school's all-time longest home win streaks.
*Pitt's senior class of Carl Krauser and John DeGroat won its 90th career game today. The duo became just the third class in school history to surpass 90 career wins.
*Prior to this evening, Pitt had held nine consecutive opponents to 60 points or less. The last time Pitt held at least nine straight opponents to 60 points or less was during the 1948-49 season when it limited 11 consecutive teams to 60 points or less between Jan. 28-March 5.
