Pitt Baseball Players Set For Summer League Action

Pitt will be sending players to some of the most prestigious summer baseball leagues, including sophomore second baseman Jim Negrych (Buffalo, N.Y./St. Francis) playing in the Cape Cod League for the Harwich Mariners. The 2005 first-team All-Big East second baseman, Negrych is joining the Mariners after playing last summer in the New England Collegiate Baseball League, where he was named Co-Most Valuable Player.
