PITT-WASHINGTON POST-GAME NOTES
*Levance Fields scored over 20 points for the third time in his career. Fields finished with 20 points on 7-9 shooting. He also hit both of his 3-point attempts in a season-high 36 minutes of action.
*With his 16 points and 14 rebounds, DeJuan Blair registered his third double figure scoring contest of his career. He tied a career-high with 14 total rebounds and set new career-highs for minutes played (31) and defensive rebounds (11). Blair reached double figure scoring for the sixth time this year and double figure rebounding for the third contest. Blair also finished with a team-high three steals and continues to lead the Panthers in total steals (22).
*With his 14 points, Sam Young reached double figures for the 17th time in the last 20 games. It was his 37th career double figure scoring game. Young has also reached double figure scoring in each of Pitt's nine games this year.
