PITTSBURGH - Senior hurdler Julianna Reed has landed herself in the national rankings. Reed's performance in the 400-meter hurdles at the Asics Liberty Invitational puts her 25th in the NCAA.
Throughout the outdoor season, Reed (Gibsonia, Pa./Hampton) has recorded four regional-qualifying times for the 400-meter hurdles, her best being 59.86 which she achieved at the Asics Liberty Invitational. Reed took first place at both the Fred Hardy Invitational and the Asics Liberty Invitational and took second at the 80th annual Clyde Littlefield Texas Relays. She currently holds the school record in the 400-meter hurdles at 57.45.
Reed will join the Panthers at the Sea Ray Relays in Knoxville, Tenn., April 11-14.
