Rain Postpones Panthers Opening Round Game with South Florida

CLEARWATER, Fla. —For the eighth time this season, the University of Pittsburgh baseball team had its game postponed due to weather conditions. Pitt’s scheduled opening-round game against No. 2 South Florida at the 2009 Big East Championship Tournament here at Bright House Field in Clearwater, Fla., will be rescheduled.
The No. 7 Panthers and Bulls will meet tomorrow at 10 a.m., the first game of day two of the tournament. Currently, tomorrow’s regularly scheduled games will be moved ahead one time slot each.
