Major Intended: Communications
1. Who is your role model?
My parents are my role models for sure.
Going sky diving is 100% on my bucket list, as well as going to Atlantis in the Bahamas. Maybe I can go skydiving in the Bahamas!
My most played song at the moment is Fight Song by Rachel Platten.
My go to Karaoke song is Don't Stop Believin' by Journey.
5. If you could travel back in time, what one event in sports history would you want to witness?
I would want to go back to 1980 and watch the American Ice Hockey team beat out the Soviet Union and win the Olympic gold medal.
6. What is your favorite thing to do outside of gymnastics?
I love to watch the TV show Friends and I also love to bake sweets like cookies, brownies and cakes!
7. Who is your favorite gymnast?
My favorite gymnast is Simone Biles. She is incredible to watch and her power on floor and vault is amazing!
8. What is your favorite line from Head Coach Debbie Yohman?
I love when Debbie calls me "Kreesta" in a Russian accent. It's really funny!
9. Why you did you choose Pitt?
I chose Pitt because when I came here to visit the coaches and team made me feel welcome and comfortable. I felt like I was already a part of the team and the family! Also, the academics here are incredible and I knew I would get a great education that I could use to get a job that fits my major. From my very first visit I just fell in love with the beautiful campus here. Pitt is truly amazing!
10. Where is your favorite place to study on campus?
My favorite place to study on campus is in the academic center because it is really quiet in there. It's somewhere I can go if I need some space to really concentrate.
