GAMEDAY: Football vs. Boston College
10/2/2025 12:00:00 PM | Football

Pitt renews one of its most familiar conference matchups Saturday when Boston College visits Acrisure Stadium for the 35th meeting in a series that began in 1959.
The Panthers hold an 18-16 advantage all-time and have taken four of the last five meetings in Pittsburgh, including a 24-16 win in 2023 that snapped a brief two-game skid. This year’s noon contest on ACC Network features two of the ACC’s top individual performers in Pitt linebacker Rasheem Biles — the league leader in both tackles and tackles for loss — and placekicker Trey Butkowski, who ranks second among kick scorers at 10.25 points per game. Wideout Raphael “Poppi” Williams Jr. enters with a team-best four touchdown receptions and will be among Pitt’s key offensive targets.
The Panthers also will recognize one of their all-time greats as former Biletnikoff Award winner Antonio Bryant is honored during the game.
