For the third consecutive year, the Pitt volleyball team has earned a No. 1 seed in the NCAA Volleyball Tournament and will once again welcome fans to the Petersen Events Center for the first and second rounds.

Pitt opens postseason play Friday, Dec. 5 against UMBC. The Panthers' match will start 30 minutes after the conclusion of the Xavier–Michigan match, which begins at 4 p.m. A win would advance the Panthers to a 7 p.m. Saturday matchup against the Xavier–Michigan winner, with a berth in the regional semifinals at stake. All three matches this weekend are available on ESPN+.
