Minor scored in double figures 16 times, with a pair of 20+ point games, in his one season at Oregon State. He had a pair of 10-assist games and posted five or more assists in a game 17 times.

In 2023-24, Minor earned NABC All-District and First Team All-Ohio Valley Conference honors after leading the team in scoring (15.5 ppg.), rebounds (8.5 rpg.), and assists (3.1 apg.). He led the team in scoring 12 times and in rebounds 17 times, while scoring 20 or more points in a game seven times. He also led the Cougars and ranked second in the OVC with 11 double-doubles. Minor joins a Pitt transfer class that currently features former Iowa State starting center Dishon Jackson as well as talented rising sophomore guard Nojus Indrusaitis and 2025 First Team All-Sun Belt selection Barry Dunning, Jr. out of South Alabama.
The Panthers remain active in the transfer portal as they look to remake the roster with three scholarship returnees (Cameron Corhen, Brandin Cummings, and Amdy Ndiaye) from last year's team that was ranked as high as No. 18 in the AP Poll before struggling down the stretch to finish 17-15 overall and 8-12 in the ACC.
