
Program-Record 17 Panthers Earn All-ACC Academic Baseball Team Honors

PITTSBURGH – The Panthers finished another strong year in the classroom landing a program-record 17 student-athletes on the All-ACC Academic Baseball Team, the ACC announced on Thursday afternoon.
Pitt's 17 representatives were tied for the second-most out of any program in the ACC. They topped their previous record of 12 from a year ago. The program finished with a 3.18 cumulative GPA over the 2024-25 academic year.
Right-handed pitcher Kyle Demi led all Panthers with a 4.0 GPA during the spring semester.
The Panthers' selections included Sam Bryan, Lorenzo Carrier, Aidan Coleman, Noah Czajkowski, Kyle Demi, Antonio Doganiero, Caden Dulin, Kayden Faulcon, Patrick Gardner, Jake Kendro, Daniel McAuliff, Jayden Melendez, AJ Nessler, David Pedanou, Matt Porter, Ryan Reed and Ryan Zuckerman.
Coleman, Demi, Melendez, Porter, Reed and Zuckerman all earned All-ACC Academic Team honors for the second-consecutive season and second time in their careers.
To earn such honors, student-athletes must have a career 3.0 GPA, a 3.0 GPA in the most recent semester and have participated in at least 50% of their team's contests. Pitchers must have participated in at least 20% of their team's contests.
