
Mosher, McMahon Named PNC Achievers of the Week

PITTSBURGH – Volleyball's Brooke Mosher and cross country's Thomas McMahon have been named Pitt's PNC Achievers of the Week for their standout performances over the past week.
Mosher helped lead the Panthers to a 3-0 week, recording 98 assists, four aces, two blocks, and two kills over three matches. She guided Pitt to a .349 hitting percentage with a match-high 39 assists in a sweep over No. 3 Kentucky. In the win against Wright State, Mosher notched a double-double with 46 assists and 11 digs, while also contributing two kills, two aces, and a block. She capped off the week with 13 assists, seven digs, and an ace in the victory over Ohio
For the second straight meet, McMahon paced the Panther pack. After taking first at the Panther Opener, McMahon finished 7th at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational with a 5.2-mile personal best time of 25:06.1. McMahon helped lead the men's team to a third-place finish at the annual meet.
