Carrier, Dulin Earn All-ACC Honors

PITTSBURGH – Pitt outfielder Lorenzo Carrier and shortstop Caden Dulin earned All-ACC honors for their performance this season, the conference announced today.
Carrier was named an All-ACC First Team Outfielder with Dulin being named an All-ACC Second Team Shortstop. Both players were All-ACC selections for the first time in their careers.
Pitt had multiple position players earn all-conference honors for the first time since 2021 this season. Lorenzo Carrier is Pitt's first First Team All-ACC selection since 2016.
Carrier had a career year at the plate, cementing himself as one of the most lethal power hitters college baseball this season. He finished the regular season hitting .396 with 66 RBI, 72 hits, 62 runs scored, 20 home runs and 13 doubles. He is slugging .819 with a 1.362 OPS and ranks third in the ACC in walks with 53. Carrier was recently named as one of 25 semifinalists for the Golden Spikes Award which is given each year to the most outstanding amateur baseball player in the nation.
In Pitt's 28 conference games this season, Caden Dulin hit .402 with 49 hits, 24 RBI, 24 runs scored, seven home runs, seven doubles and 77 total bases. His 49 hits rank second in the conference. Dulin finished the regular season ranking second on the team in hits with 71 while batting.355 with 57 runs scored, 43 RBI, 12 home runs, 11 doubles and a 1.022 OPS.
The Panthers begin postseason play Tuesday night at 9 PM against Louisville in the first round of the ACC Baseball Championship.
