Three Panthers Named to the CSC Academic All-District Team

PITTSBURGH – The Pitt wrestling team had three Panthers earn spots on the College Sports Communicators Academic All-District Men's At-Large team, as announced by the organization Tuesday afternoon.
Luca Augustine, Chase Kranitz, and Evan Tallmadge were all recognized as Academic All-District honorees.
To qualify for the CSC Academic All-District team, student-athletics must be at least a sophomore academically and athletically and achieve a minimum 3.50 cumulative GPA while competing in at least 75 percent of team scoring events or compete at the conference championship meet.
Augustine was selected as a CSC Academic All-America finalist and will advance to the national ballot to be voted on by CSC members. First-, second- and third-team Academic All-America honorees will be announced July 8.
