2015: Made his season debut in a win against Saint Louis, pitching 2.0 innings of relief and striking out three while giving up one hit and no runs ... Earned his first Pitt win by pitching 6.0 shutout innings against VCU in game two, where he took a no-hitter into the fourth inning and struck out six batters while giving up only three hits ... Threw a career-long 6.1 innings and gave up only two runs on three hits while striking out three in game two against No. 1 Virginia ... In 5.1 innings against No. 11 North Carolina in game two, allowed two runs (one earned) on four hits ... Was named the WCL Player of the Week for July 21-27, 2014 after taking a perfect game into the ninth inning ... 2013 (at Bellevue College): Went 4-1 as a freshman with a 5.13 ERA while striking out 47 batters.
High School: Spent two years playing at Newport High School ... Posted a 2.26 ERA in 40.1 innings with 45 strikeouts and a .221 opponents batting average as a senior and was a Perfect Game West Region Honorable Mention ... In 25.0 innings as a junior, had a 1.12 ERA with 44 strikeouts and a .167 opponents batting average and was a Underclass Honorable Mention by Perfect Game ...
