HIGH SCHOOL: Hjorth was on the Denmark junior national team in 2002 and 2003...competed in the 100 freestyle on the junior national team...competed on Denmark[apos]s third-ranked swim team, the Lyngby Swim Club, in 2004...earned a medal at the Denmark 2005 national championships...placed in the top 10 in seven different events.
