2005-2006: Leath won his second title in the 200 back at the Big East Championships and led the team in the backstroke as a junior...named All-Big East in the 200 backstroke, 200 freestyle relay and as a member of the 400 freestyle relay team...finished third on the team's top times in the 50 freestyle, fifth in the 100 freestyle, and second in the 50 backstroke and 100 backstroke.
2004-2005: Leath is an experienced sprint freestylist, who owned a season-best time of 20.88 in the 50 free, ranked fourth on the team...in the 200 free (1:43.68) he was fourth as well, while his 100 backstroke time of 50.34 was third and took sixth at the conference championships...he held the best 200 backstroke time at 1:47.53 and finished second at the Big East meet...was a member of the 400 medley relay team that finished third and the 400 free relay team that finished fifth at the Big East Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL: Leath competed in the Senior Nationals in the 100 and 200 backstroke...member of the short course state champions his senior year...placed first in sectionals as a junior in the 200 back and first as a senior in the 100 and 200 back...a two-time member of the Richmond Times-Dispatch All-Metro team...swam for TRAC club team his freshman and sophomore years and for Poseidon his junior year and senior year.
PERSONAL: Born August 12, 1985...son of Scott and Peggy Leath...has one sister...a communications major.
