2019: Appeared in six meets during her senior cross country season for the Panthers... Competed in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) for the first time in her career as she notched a 167th place finish in 23:23.00... Ran in the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) for the first time in her career and posted a 128th place finish overall in 25:02.00... Opened her season with a 4K personal record time of 14:57.70 at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) as she finished in 14th place... Took home a fifth place finish at the Galen Piper Invitational (Sept. 6) as she finished in 15:19.50... Posted a 6K personal record time of 22:55.50 at the historic Paul Short Run (Oct. 5).
2018: Placed 77th overall at the Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sep. 7) with a time of 23:27… Ran a 23:53 at the Penn state Nationals Women’s 6k to finish 273rd overall.
2017: Competed in the Duquesne Duals, finishing 46th with the 5K with a time of 20:41.9 (Sept. 2) … Placed 67th in the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational 6K with a time of 24:10.0 (Sept. 8) … Ran in the Carnegie Mellon Invitational 5K, placing 28th with a time of 19:52.7 (Oct. 7).
2016: Had a season-best finish of 16th at the CMU Invitational (Oct. 8) with a time of 20:19.6 in the 5K … Also competed at the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 3) and St. Vincent Invitational (Sept. 17), finishing 38th and 41st, respectively.
High School: Attended Kalaheo High School in Hawaii for two years … two-time all-league second team in the OIA in Hawaii … attended Carlisle High School in Carlisle, Pa., for last two years of high school … 2014-15 district champions for cross country … senior year made all-conference in the Mid-Penn for cross country and the 3200 in track … took all honors classes and finished in the top 10 of her class.
