2023: Competed in five meets during her sophomore campaign... opened the season with an 11th place finish at the Panthers Opener (Sept. 1), stopping the clock in 17:52.6... finished in 39th place at the Harry Groves Spiked Shoe Invitational (Sept. 8), posting a time of 22:56.3... set a 5k personal record at the Joe Piane Invitational (Sept. 29) with a time of 18:29.9.
2022: Appeared in all six meets for the Panthers… Competed at the Panther Opener (Sep. 2) placing fifth with a time of 18:28.50… Placed 32nd with a time of 19:13.90 at the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16) … Set a personal best finish at the Joe Piane Invitational (Sep.30) with a time of 18:31.40 securing 60th place… Completed the Weis- Crockett Invitational (Oct. 15) taking home 182nd place (23:38.20)… Personal best finish at ACC Championships (Oct.28) by notching 105th place with a time of 22:28.60… Completed the NCAA Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (Nov. 11) and posted a 121st place finish with a time of 23:07.60.
High School: Two-time individual and team district champion at Pope John Paul II High School in Limerick, Pa.… Earned both First-Team All-Area XC and First-Team All-Conference honors three times… Holds school records for the 3200 (11:13) and the 4x400 Relay (4:09)… As a freshman in 2018-19: Set her 5k personal best at 20:13 and her 3200 personal best at 12:04… As a sophomore in 2019-20: Improved her 5k personal best to 19:29… As a junior in 2020-21: Set her school-record pace in the 3200 at 11:18… As a senior 2021-22: Matched her school record in the 3200 and improved her 5k time to 18:53.
