2014Outdoor:Recorded his season-best time in the 800M (2:02.00) at the Wake Forest Open.

2013-14 Indoor:Clocked a 4:32.15 in the Mile at the Nittany Lion Challenge.

2013 Outdoor:Ran in both the men[apos]s 800M and 1500M at the Charlotte 49er...ran at the Bison Outdoor Classic in the men[apos]s 1,500 meter posting a time of 3:49.87, a personal best...ran at the Big East outdoor championships in the men[apos]s 1,500M, qualified for the IC4A championship.

2012-13 Indoor:Placed first in the men[apos]s 1 mile run at the Tiffin Carnival with a time of 4:20.00...ran at the Penn State National in the men[apos]s 1 mile run with a posted time of 4:12.97, a personal best...competed at the Akron Invitational in the men[apos]s 800 meter run with a posted time of 1:57.83, a personal best time...competed at the Big East indoor championships in the men[apos]s 1 mile run.

2011-12:Redshirt.

High School: PAC 10 Champion in 4x800M relay in 2010...holds Perkiomen Valley[apos]s high school record for 4x800M with a time of 4:16.15...placed fourth in 2011 at District 1 for the 1,600M...placed 10^that state championships in the 1,600M in 2011...three-time all-area selection from 2009-11...captain of the cross country and track and field teams.

Personal: Born on May 31, 1993...son of Lou and Liz Dallago...has one sister, Laura who is a Lafayette alumnus and current law student at Washington and Lee College...enrolled in the College of Business Administration.
