2019: Competed in five meets during his senior cross country campaign for Pitt... Earned All-Region honors for the first time in his career after leading the Panthers with a 15th place finish at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals (Nov. 15) as he posted a 10K personal record time of 30:37.90 in his final cross country meet... Got caught up in a pile up of runners early at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Nov. 1) but was able to post a 50th place finish in 25:25.00... Opened his season with a victory at the Pitt Panther Opener (Aug. 30) as he posted a 6K personal record time of 17:50.30... Notched a 8K personal record time of 23:54.90 at the Paul Short Run (Oct. 5) as he posted a 22nd place finish in the talented field of runners... Also competed in the Arturo Barrios Invitational (Oct. 19) and finished in ninth place in 23:55.60.
2018: All-ACC Academic Team… Finished in 45th place overall and second on the team at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 9) with a time of 32:33… was the highest finisher on the team an placed 47th overall at the ACC Cross Country Championship (Oct. 26) with a time of 24:43.00… Ran his best time of the year of 24:37.80 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sept. 21) to place 23rd… Finished in 28th place at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 12) with a time of 25:37.
2017: Helped the Panthers post their best team finish in 11 years at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional, taking 10th… Named to All-ACC Academic Team for second consecutive season... Pitt’s top finisher at the ACC Cross Country Championships 8K, taking 43rd with a time of 24:23.2 (Oct. 27)… Placed 44th in the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional 10K with a time of 31:23.4 (Nov. 10)… Placed 94th in the Adidas DI Pre Nationals 8K with a time of 24:26.6 (Oct. 14).
2016: All-ACC Academic Team… Named ACC Freshman of the Week (Sept. 13) after placing fourth at the Tommy Evans Invitational (Sept. 9) with a time of 20:23.1 in the 6.4K… Placed third at the Duquesne Duals (Sept. 3) with a time of 26:23.5 in the 8K… Pitt’s No. 3 finisher at the ACC Championships (Oct. 28) and NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 11), placing in the top 60 at both meets… Also competed at the Penn State National Open (Oct. 14) and Roy Griak Invitational (Sept. 24).
