2025: Competed in seven meets, including a trip to NCAA Championships where he finished 93rd amongst the top competition in the country... recorded a 10K personal best at Gans Creek Cross Country Course in Missouri, 29:33.0, for the program's highest NCAA finish since 1990...was the Panthers' top finisher in every meet, including three top 10 overall finishes... was eighth at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championship meet, earning all-region accolades with his 10K time of 29:43.8... finished 30th at ACC Cross Country Championships to lead the men to an 11th place team finish, completing the 8K race in 23:33.6... 8K personal best of 23:24.4 was recorded at the Princeton Fall Classic where he collected 13th place... won the 3.11M Panther Opener to begin the season in 14:45.2.

2024: Excelled in his first season with the Panthers as a true freshman... raced in five meets with two personal bests coming in the post season... recorded a new best in the 8k at ACC Championships, notching 85th place in 24:02.8... ran the 10k in 30:37.8 at the NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regional Championships, collecting 31st place.

High School: Ran track and cross country at Upper Arlington High School for Bryn Rohlck and Allison Callahan... was a cross country captain during the 2022 and 2023 seasons... is a four time varsity award winner... owns the school record in the 5k (14:57)... was a top five finisher at the OSHAA State Meet.
