2022: Appeared in all six meets for the Panthers… Secured sixth place with a time of 14:58.00 at the Panthers Opener (Sep. 2)… Set a personal best at the Virginia Invitational (Sep. 16) with a time of 18:41.00 claiming 32nd in the men’s 6k… Posted a time of 24:16.00 and placed 58th at the Joe Piane Invitational (Sep. 30) en route to a personal best in the 5M... Completed the Weis-Crockett Invitational placing 129th with a time of 25:24.50… Set a personal best in the 8k at the ACC Championships securing 71st place with a time of 24:26.80 … Earned 27th place with a personal best time of 30:46.90 in the 10k at the NCAA I Division I Mid-Atlantic Region Cross Country Championships (Nov.11).
2021: Competed in four meets… Began the year with a 25:49.10 time at the Joe Piane Invitational (Oct. 1)… Finished 38th with a time of 26:50.00 in the Penn State National Open (Oct. 15)… Posted a season-best 8K time at the ACC Cross Country Championships (Oct. 29), finishing in 79th place with a time of 25:05.30… Finished the year with a time of 31:57.00 in the Mid-Atlantic Regional (Nov. 12).
2020: Competed in two meets during an abbreviated season due to the Covid-19 Pandemic… notched a 12th place finish at Navy (10/2) in the season opener, crossing the finish line with a season-best time of 24:58.99… finished in 106th place at the ACC Cross Country Championships (10/30) in 25:35.20… earned ACC Honor Roll honors for the first time in his career.
High School: Ran cross country and track & field at Fayetteville-Manlius High School for head coach Bill Aris… three-time First Team All-State honoree in cross country… three-time Nike Cross Nationals qualifier and two-time Nike Cross NY Regional First Team honoree… posted a 30th place finish at the Nike Cross Nationals during his senior season… notched a third place finish at the Nike Cross NY Regional as a senior while also posting a third place finish at the New York State Class AA Cross Country Championships… has a cross country 5K personal record time of 15:38 and a 3200m personal record time of 9:20.
