PRIOR TO PITT: At Florida State from 2022-24, played in 27 games with 10 catches for 92 yards and 13 kickoff returns for 348 yards and a touchdown…prior to transferring to Florida State from Illinois (2020-21), played in 10 games and had five catches for 124 yards and two touchdowns…moved from quarterback to wide receiver prior to 2021 season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Was a dual threat quarterback, throwing for 4,771 yards and 45 touchdowns, while rushing for 2,165 yards and 27 touchdowns…consensus three-star recruit.
PERSONAL: Son of Kim Spann…has one brother and two sisters…sports management major.
