2024: Played in all 13 games, starting 12…All-ACC (second team)…led the Panthers in tackles for the second consecutive season, compiling 115 stops…became the first Pitt player to record consecutive 100-tackle seasons since linebacker Scott McKillop (2007-08)…named ACC Defensive Back of the Week for his performance against West Virginia…had 13 tackles, a forced fumble and pass breakup against the Mountaineers…twice named to the Pro Football Focus ACC Team of the Week (Clemson and Boston College)…had seven stops and a pass breakup against Clemson…had 11 tackles at Boston College…collected a season-high 15 tackles at Cincinnati…had his first career interception in the opener against Kent State…selected to play in the Hula Bowl all-star game.
2023: Enrolled at Pitt in January 2023 as a mid-year transfer from Florida...played in all 12 games, starting eight at strong safety...named Honorable Mention All-ACC...led the Panthers in tackles with 105, the most by a Pitt defender since 2015 (Jordan Whitehead, 109)...added one assisted TFL, one forced fumble and one pass breakup on the year...making his first collegiate start when the Panthers played at West Virginia (Sept. 16), collected a game-high 18 tackles, spearheading a defensive effort that yielded just 211 total yards…his 18 stops were the most by a Pitt player since the 2015 season (Matt Galambos, 19 vs. Navy in the Military Bowl)…additionally, his 18 tackles were the most (tied) by an ACC player and the most by an FBS defensive back in 2023…had five total double-digit tackle games on the year…had 13 stops against Boston College…logged 12 tackles at Virginia Tech…had 11 stops against Syracuse and 10 against Florida State.
AT FLORIDA (2021-22): Played in 25 games for the Gators over the 2021-22 seasons, serving on special teams and as a reserve safety…totaled 30 tackles and one tackle for loss…as a sophomore in 2022, played in 12 games and compiled 20 tackles and one TFL…his freshman season (2021), played in all 13 contests and had 10 tackles.
HIGH SCHOOL: One of the WPIAL’s most heavily recruited players in recent years, starring at safety for Peters Township…Pennsylvania Football Writers All-Class 5A…Pittsburgh Post-Gazette “Fabulous 22”…led Peters Township to a 20-3 record (.870) over his junior and senior seasons, including consecutive berths in the WPIAL Class 5A championship game…played under Coach T.J. Plack…rated a national top-15 safety prospect by Rivals and 247Sports…selected to the Top247 (No. 125) and Rivals250 (No. 199)…also a standout prep wrestler who was the WPIAL and PIAA Class 3A runner-up at 182 pounds.
