2010 Scouting Report: Slated to compete and provide depth at Sam linebacker...has experience and training at middle linebacker as well...could surface as a special teams contributor.
2009: Played in three games (Buffalo, NC State and Louisville). 2008: Joined team as a walk-on for fall training camp and redshirted as a true freshman.
High School: All-Century Conference performer at South Fayette...missed two games due to injuries as a senior but still was the Lions[apos] offensive sparkplug at quarterback...rushed 117 times for 898 yards (7.7 avg.) and eight touchdowns, and also completed 46-of-92 passes for 586 yards and six scores with two interceptions...played linebacker on defense and had 60 tackles and an interception...led team to a 7-3 mark and berth in the WPIAL Class AA playoffs his senior season...selected to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette West 'Fabulous 22'...played under Coach Joe Rossi...also a basketball letterman.
