2009: Played in 12 games to earn his first letter...had eight tackles and one forced fumble on the year...on the kickoff cover team, forced a Buffalo return man to fumble, giving Pitt possession at the UB 23...Pitt threw a TD pass on the next play for a 14-0 lead in the eventual 54-27 victory...had a season-high two tackles in three different games (Buffalo, NC State and USF).
