Gerrit Hinsdale joined the Pitt Football staff in 2024 as a recruiting analyst.
In his role, he assists with prospect evaluations, visit planning and recruiting communications, while also working closely with area coaches.
Hinsdale previously held a recruiting and player personnel position at Western Michigan and interned with Pitt in 2023.
A former quarterback at Washington & Jefferson College, he holds a degree in Business Administration. The Clymer, N.Y., native also attended The Scouting Academy in 2024.
