Justice Rawlins joined the University of Pittsburgh athletic department in January of 2023 as an Assistant Director of Compliance and transitioned to the Recruiting Operations Coordinator role in May of 2024.
Prior to arriving at Pitt, Rawlins spent the previous year working as the Assistant Director of Compliance at his alma matter, Duquesne University. He began his career as the Compliance Coordinator at Princeton University shortly after graduating from law school.
A 2018 graduate of Duquesne University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Rawlins was a member of the university football team and helped win the NEC conference championship in 2016. After graduating in 2018, he enrolled in Law School at New England Law|Boston where he served as the Treasurer of both the Black Law Students Association and the Sports & Entertainment Law Association. Rawlins graduated from NELB with a Intellectual Property Law Certificate and is now a licensed attorney in Washington, DC.
Rawlins is a native of Monessen, PA. He currently resides in Baldwin with his Fiance Bria and their cat Aspen.
