CAREER: Eric Jaeger enters his third season as a member of the soccer team...has played both defender and midfielder...has three career goals, one assists and seven career points...played in 47 games and started 31.
2007: Played in 18 games with 17 starts as a defensive midfielder...finished season with one assist (vs. UNLV).
2006: Finished 2006 with 14 games played including five starts...scored goal vs. Connecticut...finished with one goal and two points while attempting two shots.
2005: Played in 14 of 16 games as a sophomore in 2005...scored his first-ever collegiate goal against Rutgers...notched his second goal of the season against Georgetown...registered four points on 16 shots for the season.
HIGH SCHOOL: Scored 53 goals and 67 assists as a four-year letterwinner at Tenafly High School...finished with 18 goals and 24 assists as a senior...led Tenaffly to three straight BCSL American League Championships (2001-03) and a state sectional championship in 2003...named all-league for three straight years (2001-03), all-county for two years (2002-03) and Second Team All-State in 2003...selected as the BCSL American League Player of the Year in 2003...member of the Torpedoes Soccer Club that won the 2002 and 2003 Virginia Cup...member of the Bergen[apos]s Best Soccer Club that won the 2003 Holland Cup...also competed in track and field at Tenafly where he was named all-league twice after both the winter and spring seasons.
