2005-2006: Howard finished fourth amongst his teammates on the best times list in the 100 butterfly and the 400 IM...set career-bests in the 100 butterfly and the 400 IM.
HIGH SCHOOL: Howard enjoyed a stellar high school career...placed third in the 100 fly at states...a member of the four-time conference champion swim team... named to the New Jersey All-Star team...All-South Jersey first team as a junior and senior...all-state honoree...competed at junior nationals three times.
