2004-05: Sheaff saw action in the freestyle and the butterfly this past season...swam season-bests in the 50 and 200 freestyle events in the Notre Dame and Missouri tri-meet... held the team's highest GPA.

2003-04: Sheaff swam in several events for the Panthers in his freshman season...competed in the 50 and 100 freestyle in the fall semester, earning season-best times in both events at the Indiana Invitational...a Big East Academic All-Star.

HIGH SCHOOL: Sheaff earned all-state honorable mention honors for Pennsbury High School...competed in All-District competition in the 50 free and 200 free relay...member of the County Golden Team in the 50 free and 200 free relay...participated in All-Suburban competition in 100 free, 200 free relay, and 400 free relay...swam for Brookside Swim Club and Pennsbury Aquatic Club...NISCA High School Academic All-American and National Honor Society Member.
