Collin Stoecker joined Pitt Athletics as Associate Athletic Director for Student-Athlete Services and the Varsity Letter Club in March 2026.
He oversees Pitt's Cathy and John Pelusi Life Skills Program.
Stoecker came to Pitt after serving as Boise State's assistant AD for BroncoPRO NIL since May 2025. At Boise State, he supervised all day-to-day NIL operations, leading an authentic NIL sales team and served as the GM for the Boise State women's basketball, volleyball, track and field, and gymnastics programs. His team generated $1.1 million in brand deals for Boise State student-athletes.
Before Boise State, Stoecker was assistant athletic director for Student-Athlete Development and NIL at Western Kentucky University (2022-25), where he led student-athlete development/life skills education along with day-to-day NIL operations for the department. He founded the WKU Leadership Academy, developing emerging leaders within WKU Athletics. Stoecker also launched and managed the partnership with Campus Ink creating NIL merchandising opportunities for over 250 student-athletes. He was named 2022-23 WKU Staff Member of the Year and 2023-24 National NIL Director of the Year by Campus Ink.
Stoecker began his career at his alma mater, the University of Notre Dame, as a program coordinator for Student-Athlete Development. He oversaw all community outreach and engagement for the 26 sports as well as assisting with the Rosenthal Leadership Academy for Notre Dame student-athletes. Stoecker led Notre Dame's athletic department to generating over 20,000 hours of community service over a three-year period.
A native of Lascassas, Tennessee, Stoecker graduated from the University of Notre Dame in 2019 with a degree in marketing from the Mendoza College of Business and a minor in sociology. He also graduated from the University of Louisville in 2022 with a master of science in sport administration. He and his wife, Kylie, reside in Cranberry Township.
