Tegan Lapp joined the University of Pittsburgh athletic department in May of 2023 as an IT Support Analyst. He assists members of the department in their technological needs and provides event support for various sporting events.
Prior to onboarding into the Analyst position full time, Tegan was a student worker for Athletics IT from September 2022 until his graduation in April of 2022.
Tegan graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Pittsburgh in Spring of 2023 with a Bachelors of Science in Information Science and a minor in Political Science with a focus on comparative governments.
A native to Lancaster, PA, Tegan has decided to settle in Pittsburgh following his graduation from Pitt and looks forward to continuing to explore his new home.

Favorite place on the University of Pittsburgh campus?
Favorite place on Pitt’s campus has to be Schenley Plaza in the spring and summer time to see everyone enjoying the sunlight.
What is your favorite thing to do in the city of Pittsburgh?
Favorite thing to do in Pittsburgh is walk around the many neighborhoods exploring all the great food, museums, and parks the city has to offer.
Hobbies outside of work?
Outside of work I enjoy hanging out with friends, reading, walking/hiking, and playing board and video games.
