Amistade won his first career tournament title at 125 pounds in amazing fashion. As the fifth seed, Amistade upset three higher-seeded opponents to claim the championship, including Edinboro's fourth-seeded Jacob Gray (3-1 SV), Lock Haven's first-seeded Trap McCormack (3-1 SV) and Cleveland State's second-seeded Rocco Mansueto (2-0).
