GAME NOTES
*Pitt improved to 10-0 for the third consecutive season. The 10-0 start ranks tied for fifth among all-time season starts at Pitt. The record is 21 straight wins in 1927-28.
*Pitt held its ninth consecutive opponent to 60 points or less. The last time Pitt held at least nine straight opponents to 60 points or less was during the 1948-49 season when it limited 11 consecutive teams to 60 points or less between Jan. 28-March 5.
