In the final doubles match-up of the day, Pitt senior co-captains Emily Hughes (Waynesburg, Pa./Canevin Catholic) and Becky Emmers (Charlotte, N.C./Providence) did not give up a single point to the Bonnies' Jasmine Jaysingh and Kathleen Riley, coming away with an 8-0 victory.
The Panthers only needed two sets per singles match to claim all six victories.
Borza met Perevenzetseva once again as the singles' competition got under way. She earned her second win of the day, giving up only two points during the singles match and winning by a score of 6-2, 6-0.
