Pitt Women To Host Cal Poly Tuesday Night

PITTSBURGH - The Pitt women's basketball team will host Cal Poly Tuesday night at 7 p.m. at the Petersen Events Center.
The Panthers are coming off a 10-day break for final exams and sit at 6-3 on the season while the Mustangs enter the game at 3-8 on the year. Pitt and Cal Poly have never met on the court in the schools' history.
Junior Shavonte Zellous (Orlando, Fla./Jones) was named to the Big East Weekly Honor Roll for her efforts against Ohio and No. 15 Duke and is currently leading Pitt with a 17.7 points per game average.
