Sam Bair Finishes 21st At The NCAA Championships

SACRAMENTO, Calif.--Junior Sam Bair finished 10th in the first heat of the 1,500 meters on the second day of the NCAA Outdoor Track and Field Championships held at Alex G. Spanos Sports Complex.
A returning All-America selection, Bair (Pittsburgh, Pa./Kent State) finished 10th in his heat of the 1,500 meter run prelims with a time of 3:47.25, which placed 21st overall.
Earlier this season, Bair broke the school record in the 1,500 meter run with a time of 3:42.36 and ranked 14th entering the NCAA Championships.
