PITTSBURGH - Following a thrilling 76-75 overtime win over Austin Peay on Dec. 20, the University of Pittsburgh women's basketball team wraps up its two-game roadtrip at Western Kentucky Tuesday night.
The Panthers (9-1, 0-0 Big East) are coming off their second road win of the year at Austin Peay on Dec. 20 as they head to Bowling Green, Ky. to take on the Hilltoppers from Western Kentucky University.
In their only other meeting in series history, the Panthers picked up a 43-point victory in Pittsburgh on Dec. 30.
Pitt is ranked 20th in the latest Associated Press poll and 19th in the ESPN/USA Today Coaches poll. Tuesday's tipoff is set for 5:30 p.m. CST and can be heard on FOX Sports 970 AM with Neil Sika and Jen Tuscano on the call.
The game will also be featured on national television, shown on HSSN (Hilltopper Sports Satellite Network), FOX College Sports and Direct TV Channel 617.
