Connecticut is ranked as high as No. 1 in the polls, while Notre Dame is ranked as high as No. 3, DePaul is ranked as high as No. 23 and Louisville is ranked as high as 25. Connecticut, Notre Dame and unranked Syracuse are the other undefeated teams.
-Pitt outrebounded the Crusaders 46-37. The Panthers have outrebounded six of their eight opponents this season.
-Pitt forward Chelsea Cole had a career-high in rebounds 15, breaking her previous high of 12.
-Junior guard Taneisha Harrison had a career-high in points (27), field goals made (11) and field goals attempted (22). Her previous career-high was 25 points in a game (both this season vs. Florida and Saint Francis (PA)).
