
Panthers Garner 12 Event Victories at the Stan Romanoski Open

MORGANTOWN, WV – The Pitt Panthers dominated the Stan Romanoski Open, hosted by West Virginia at Mylan Track and Field Complex, Saturday afternoon. Altogether ten individuals collected a win, with two student-athletes, Taylor Forbes and Norrah Lemongo earning two victories on the day.
The throws crew notched wins in the men's and women's hammer throw as well as the women's shot put and women's discus. The jumps crew emerged victories in the men's and women's long jump as well as the women's triple jump. On the track, the Panthers swept the men's and women's 400-meter races, in addition to the women's 100-meter hurdles, men's 110-meter hurdles and men's 400-meter hurdles.
