Panthers Post Season-High Score Against NC State

PITTSBURGH – Camryn Chiu recorded two career highs Sunday night at the Fitzgerald Field House, but the Panthers (1-6, 0-3 ACC) came up short against No. 21 NC State (2-2, 2-1 ACC), 195.875–195.525.
Vault
Makenzie Grant opened the meet strong with a career-high 9.800, setting the tone for the Panthers. Lailah Green and Olivia Giunta followed with matching 9.800s, while Lila Pileggi and Layla Bobek tied their career highs with a pair of 9.775s. Kennedy Duke closed the rotation with a 9.750.
Bars
Chiu led the bars lineup with a career-high 9.900, while Hallie Copperwheat added a season-best 9.900 of her own. Jaime Pratt and Julie Røttum Madsø posted solid 9.800s, and Duke wrapped up the rotation with a 9.750. Chiu and Copperwheat shared the event title.
Beam
Chiu continued her standout night on beam, tying her career high with a 9.900, earning her second event title of the night. Meika Lee and Bobek each contributed scores of 9.750.
Floor
Madi Bell highlighted the floor rotation with a career-high 9.850, while her rookie teammate Kenzie Clark followed with a 9.800. Lee added a 9.775 for the Panthers.
