2023 Outdoor: Competed in three races... received second place in the 1500m at Carnegie Mellon’s Last Chance Meet, finishing sub five minutes with a 4:57.28 tempo... Prior to that, set a personal record in the 1500m at the UCF Black and Gold Invite as she finished in 4:56.18.

2022-23 Indoor: Competed in one indoor meet for the Panthers, running the mile at the Lenny Lyles Invitational and setting a personal best time of 5:34.73 in the process.

2021-22 Indoor: Did not compete in any meets.

High School: Ran cross country and track at Columbian High School for head coach Mark Ingalls and John Kihorni… State qualifier in cross country as a sophomore and senior… earned Team Most Valuable Player honors as a sophomore and senior… was the district champion as a sophomore… two-time SBC Lake Champion (sophomore and senior)… four-time All-SBC honoree… named Academic All-Ohio as a sophomore and senior.

Personal: Born August, 16, 2002… daughter of Victoria and Mark Ingalls… has four siblings, Alexxa, Cana, Serena, Toria… lists her favorite athlete as Emma Coburn… her favorite TV shows are Criminal Minds and The Office… also enjoys painting… intends to major in civil engineering at Pitt.
