2024-2025 Indoor: Ran in four meets for his freshman season with the Panthers…In his debut performance at the YSU Indoor Track and Field Icebreaker Gayanilo placed third in the 4x400 (3:18.77)...Placed third in the 600m with a time of 1:23.10 at the Hokie Invitational.

High School: Attended Union County Magnet High School and ran for Coach Christopher Tafelski... 3x NBNO All-American... 2x sectional champion in the 400mH and 400m.

Personal: Son of Percy and Sonia Gayanilo... Percy ran the 60m and 400m for Rutgers... Has two siblings, Aedan and Araceli... Aspires to run for the Philippines... Participated in soccer in high school and was a 2x sectional champion... Lists favorite athletes as Lionel Messi, Manny Pacquiao and AJ Brown... Enjoys ramen, dim sum and Mexican foods...
