Ashliegh Wick joins the Panthers after completing a season with the New York Jets, where she worked in personnel operations. In that role, she supported advance scouting, roster management, free-agent evaluations and administrative operations across the football department.
She previously served two years with the UMass football program as director of on-campus recruiting and administrative operations, overseeing event planning, compliance and recruiting documentation, and player support services.
A participant in the 2024 NFL Women’s Forum, Wick also gained recruiting experience with Florida State football, helping coordinate official and unofficial visits, prospect camps and compliance logistics. She is pursuing a master’s degree in sport management from UMass Amherst and is a graduate of Florida State, where she earned dual bachelor’s degrees in marketing/business management and environment and society in 2022.
