CAREER: Started 11 out of 26 career games played at Pitt...registered eight points on six shots...scored three goals and two assists in her career including one game-winning goal unassisted in 2004 against Providence.
2006: Started two games and saw action in 11 contests on season...finished with an assist at DePaul (Sept. 29).
2005: Played in only four games due to illness and injuries throughout the season.
2004: Appeared in 11 games while starting eight...finished the season with seven points and three goals...tallied her first points as a Panther with one assist and one goal in a 2-0 victory over Bowling Green...scored the final goal in a 4-1 win against Duquesne...scored the game-winning goal unassisted to defeat Providence 1-0... and registered three shots on the year.
HIGH SCHOOL: Led Hudson High School to three championships...also helped her team win four consecutive Western Reserve Conference titles...a two-year team captain...earned Western Reserve Conference Player of the Year honors as a senior in 2003...as a senior in 2003, named to the All-District First Team, All-State Second Team, and NSCAA/adidas All-Region Team...three-year member of the Ohio North State Team...selected to the Service Learning Program, was a youth mentor, and also was named to the Student/Teacher Drug Task Force and Student/Principal Leadership Committee.
PERSONAL: Born November 21, 1985...daughter of Robert and Sara Vecchio...has two brothers, Michael and Bobby...majors in psychology.
