GAME STORYLINES
- Louisville boasts the league's No. 2-ranked defense (244.7 ypg), while the Panthers have the ACC's third-best scoring offense (43.3 ppg).
- Eli Holstein has completed 58 of 88 passes for 822 yards and nine touchdowns through the first three games of the season. He leads the league in passing efficiency (171.30) and ranks third in total offensive touchdowns (10). Additionally, the redshirt sophomore is first in the ACC in passing yards per completion (14.2) and third in passing scores (nine).
- Raphael "Poppi" Williams Jr. has caught 12 passes for 245 yards and three touchdowns through the first three games of 2025. He ranks fourth in the ACC in receiving touchdowns, fourth in yards per catch (20.4) and sixth in receiving yards per game (81.7).
- Rasheem Biles leads the entire conference in tackles per game (10.0) after recording 15 against West Virginia in Week 3.
- Pitt offensive line coach Jeremy Darveau was a starting tackle for a pair of nationally ranked Louisville teams (2004-05) that featured some of the best offenses in school history.
