Mourits, Wilde Named PNC Achievers of the Week

PITTSBURGH — Volleyball's Dagmar Mourits and women's soccer's Margaret Wilde have been named Pitt's PNC Achievers of the Week following standout performances in last week's contests.
Mourits helped lead the Panthers to another undefeated week, tallying 13 kills, nine digs, five blocks, five assists and an ace in a win over No. 13 Penn State on Wednesday. She recorded career highs in kills, blocks and assists, with her 13 kills ranking second-most in the match while hitting at an efficient .333 clip.
Wilde played a key role in Pitt's first ACC victory of the season, a 2–1 win over Boston College. She opened the scoring with a left-footed finish to give the Panthers an early lead, then assisted on the game-winner with a well-placed layoff in the box to set up Katie Ellermeyer. The result marked Pitt's third consecutive road win.
