- Took a medical redshirt after an early season ending injury

- In 2023, Dinn notched KVCA Second Team All-State and AVCA Best and Brightest Award 1st Team honors.
- She earned 2022 Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Second Team All-State and NKY Coaches First Team recognition.
- Dinn was named Kentucky 33rd District MVP twice, Kentucky 9th region All-Tournament and has been honored by Cincinnati Enquirer three times, as a First Team member, Top Setters list, Northern Kentucky Athletic Conference All-Star Team and Player of the Week.
- She was named to the Class of 2024 JVA Watch List and earned 2022 Prep Volleyball Academic-All American accolades.
- Notched 2021 AVCA Phenom and Prep Volleyball All-American Special Mention honors.
- Kiana secured the 2022 MVP honor of the UA Elite Volleyball Invite Only Jordan Thompson.
- The 2022 Kentucky Volleyball Coaches Second Team All-State member reached the 1,000 assists milestone in her senior season and was named KVCA Second Team All-State and AVCA Best and Brightest First Team.

- She is the daughter of Mae and David Dinn and has two siblings, Halia and Makai.
